Sapporo Kokusai Ski
Resort
Hokkaido, Japan
Sapporo
Kokusai
is
a
small
resort
that
will
suit
beginners
and
intermediates
more
than
advanced
riders
due
to
the
relatively
mellow
pitch.
You
will
appreciate
the
gondola
that
takes
you
all
the
way
to
the
top
and
allows
access
to
the
whole
resort.
It
does
snow
a
lot
here,
in
2013-3014
no
less
than
18
mtrs
graced
the
resort
meaning
it
is
a
great
choice
for
those
just
learning
how
to
ride
powder.
There
are
some
off
piste
lines,
in
particular
under
the
2
gondolas
although
the
official
resort
policy
is
that
you
must
not ride outside the groomers. It is rarely enforced.
It
is
an
easy
60
mins
to
the
resort
by
bus
from
downtown
Sapporo.
See
this
page
for
places
to
stay.
