How do the packages work?

• Once you have made a booking we will immediately put a hold on the accommodation you have booked.
• We will within 48 hours issue you with a paypal invoice which you can pay either via your paypal account or with a credit card (no need to have a paypal account).
• If your arrival date is within 2 months the invoice will be for the full amount.
• If your arrival date is more than 2 months away the invoice will be for a non refundable 20% deposit. We will then issue you with another invoice for final payment 2 months before your arrival date.
• The invoice will provide full details of your ski package and you will therefore get a chance to check over your booking before you pay.
• Once we have received your payment we will issue you with a Ninja Ski Packages confirmation which you will need to present to your accommodation on arrival.
• Items such as lift passes , ski lesson vouchers, free drink vouchers and so on will be in a "Welcome pack" which you will receive on check in at your accommodation.
• Rentals are not included but can be booked through our rentals page.If you have booked rentals you can collect them from the Ninja Ski Rental shop.

About Ski Lift Passes

Basically you will receive multi mountain lift passes which you can use at 9 different ski resorts. For more info see our lift passes page.

Narita Airport Transfers

If you have booked Narita Transfers as part of your package you will be met at the airport and brought directly to your accommodation. No need to catch taxis, trains or any other form of public transport. For more details see our Narita Transfers page.

Ski or snowboard rentals

You can also book ski or snowboard rentals through us. As we need each guest's body sizes and ski/boarding experience we require each person to fill out the rental booking form which you can find from our Ski and snowboard rentals page. Once you have booked and paid for your rentals we will email you a voucher which you can use to pick up your rentals from our shop in Echoland when you arrive.

Ski or snowboard lessons

As an add on option with your ski package you can have ski or snowboard lessons in English at any ability level you choose. For more details see our Ski and snowboard lessons page.

Japan Snow Monkey day tour

You might also wish to take a day off from your skiing and experience a Japan Snow Monkey tour which is an optional extra in our packages. For more details see our Japan Snow Monkeys page.
